Thank you SO much! I think it's more crazy than brave . I'm actually nervous. I get cold easily, but I really want to do this! I just hope it's not snowing like it was today!
Thanks again, I really appreciate it!

Re: Polar Plunge! (Thank you! Pics added!)
Alright, unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of myself IN the water. My "photographer" was a decent distance away with the other spectators and it was a bit chaotic. When I first arrived at the plunge, the first thing I saw was a line of ambulances, which was a bit disconcerting, LOL. Then I had to sign in and sign a waiver, showing that I was aware that I could end up paralyzed or could even die (ALSO disconcerting, LOL). It was COLD and windy outside and that was just standing there waiting to get in the water. Everybody was bundled up (both plungers and guests). I was so nervous waiting to go and then when it was time, I just went for it. It was actually really exhilarating! I ran into the water without hesitating. It's hard to describe how cold the water was. I compare it to being stabbed in the legs with thousands of needles. I went in to waist deep and stayed in for about 30 seconds total (which was surprisingly long compared to most. Most just went in and out in 2 seconds flat). I'm definitely doing it again next year!
*I will have a brief video to add after my friend gets it on her computer!*
Ready to leave and NERVOUS. You can see it all over my face:

My feet. Check out around my knee area. You can see just how RED my legs were afterwords!:
