Pole dancing classes in suffolk county?
I took a class yesterday in the city and it was a BLAST. Wondering if anyone knew of anywhere out in suffolk? The only one I am finding is too far (catwalk studios).

Yes that's the one that keeps coming up. It's a little far for me to do a regular class. I am just so addicted it was SO fun! I am all bruised up but it was worth it

So funny - I wanted to try and put together a pole dancing GTG as well as the rock climbing GTG (which no one wound up responding to when I posted about it...)

We had my SIL's bachelorette party at Diva Fit Studio. It's in Massapequa so kind of on the border...not sure where you are in Suffolk. It was so much fun and I was so sore after. It's a great work out and really hard!

i don't know if anyone saw it says $400 for 12 girls and 40 per girl after that up to 18.
So if we have 18 girls it will be about 35 each for 2 hours.

I don't want to say it's easy but there are a lot of moves you would still be able to do if you are not in the best shape. I say go for it! You'll never know unless you try!
