I am having a and had relatively mild nausea from weeks 5 to around 10 or 11, no vomiting. Once I realized I needed to eat every 2 hours that relieved most if the nausea except at night. It took me a while to realize that the nausea at night was from my prenatal vitamin. Once I split the pill between lunch and dinner, instantly my nausea went away.

I really think MS has more to do with the person who is pregnant and the pregnancy rather than the gender of the baby. My SIL had 2 girls and threw up several times a day for nearly the whole 9 months with both. My mom had very mild nausea with me and my older brother and threw up nearly the entire pregnancy with my middle brother.
