yes...but i like wetting down my eyeshadow and using that as eyeliner
i don't use pencils

Everyday, and I use a pencil. I never got the hang of the liquid liners, and they always felt too wet to me.

I always use shadow (dry or wet) to line the outside of my eyes.
BUT, if I'm going out (like clubbing or some place dark), I may wear pencil liner on the inside of my eyes (upper & lower lids).

I put a very light smudge of brown eyelinder under my eyelashes on the bottom near the corner of my eyes. It's not a thick black line or anything, I juts think it defines them more.
I'm wearing it in this picture.

No. For some reason, it makes my eyes look smaller if I wear it on the bottom. If I wear it on top, you can hardly see it because of my droopy eyelids!

I only wear eyeliner when I go out...which is not that often...
If I do wear it, I try to use my new powder eyeliner because dragging that pencil across your lids is not good for your eyes.

I do only on the top of my eyes. But really I have no idea what to do with makeup and wouldn't be surprised if I"m doing that wrong.

I use brown pencil - a line on top and smudged thru my lashes on the bottom. And that is my entire daily makeup routine!!!

I will wear eyeshadow as liner using a slanted brush specifically for the task. I'll also use kohl eyeliner and smudge. If I use pencil eyeliner, I def. use that smudge brush.

I used to wear it all the time, now I just wear it if I am going somewhere and doing a whole face of makeup. I only wear it on the top.

I have no idea how to even apply it. Plus, the few times I've worn it, I feel like I look funny because my lashes are blonde and the liner was too dark.
