Im starting a new post for picking a date.
Do you prefer a weeknight, weekend day or weekend night at my house in Smithtown.
If you have weeknight preference, let me know what night. Monday or Thursdays would work best for me.

Weekend day or weekend evening would be preferred.

OK, its going to be Monday the 9th or the 16th if she is available. I will see if she can increase her max amount of people, but it cant go over like 8 bc we live in a co-op and 15 of us just wouldnt all fit in my kitchen!
Who is still in for either of those Mondays?
What do you think the most diplomatic way to go about it is? Once a date is picked, first 6 FMs?

I don't think I could make it to Smithtown on a weeknight so I'll stay off the sign up list.
When we do gtgs we usually go off the list of signups in order and maintain a waitlist...so maybe that would be easiest for you. This way you post and let the responses come in and take it based on order. Easiest way...FMs and posts start to cross over if you allow both and then it gets confusing.
I'm jealous of the 6 that make it!

ETA: I would just start a thread with the date picked and first 6/8 people to respond to the thread come and then start a waitlist in case people drop out.
