i have prescription ones but im so bad with taking them every day. i hate swallowing pills and they are HUGE

Prescription ones...but to be honest I don't take them every day. DH puts them on the table with dinner and some nights they stay there.

I started taking the OTC Pre-Natals but would constantly forget. So yesterday at Target I bought the Gummy Pre-Natals and set my alarm on my phone to go off everyday to remind me to take them. They are actually yummy!

My OB/GYN recommended the One A Day Prenatals, he said they're as good as any prescription.
I have to say, I've been on them since January 1, they are the best vitamin I've ever taken.

my gyn said the one a day regular vitamins were just as good. she said i'll have plenty of time to be on the prenatals! so many different theories!

I take Flinstones vitamins because I have trouble swallowing pills My dr said they are fine. They contain the required amount of folic acid, etc.
