Polyps then high prolactin levels, then fibroid. What else can happen?

I have a history of multiple polyps had 2 D&C's the last one in November 2007. I've been TTC, my first IUI was April 9 2008 with Clomid 100 & Ovridel. AF came 4/24/08 and I told my RE that I felt some polyps may have come back, due to a stoppage in my period then it restarting. I had a hysteroscopy with saline today and RE found one FIBROID? RE wants me to go loop removal of this fibroid. Has this happened to anyone before? I feel alone with this.

Is it possible for a fibroid to cause this kinda stoppage in my period?

They want me to schedule this fibroid removal for my next cycle. This also means that I will not be having any IUI for the next 2 months.

Also, upon further review of my bw RE found that I have high prolactin levels and he started me on Parlodel daily.

I'm soo frustrated that this is all happening to me. I thought I was in the clear after having my last D&C, but I'm not.

I am very sorry you are dealing with this. Is your doctor making you happy or giving you the runaround? I haven't dealt with your other symptoms, but I have dealt with your high prolactin levels. Oddly enough, my drs were dealing with 'other' things I had going on and neglecting the high prolactin levels. Once they dealt with the cause of my high prolactin levels, it became much easier for me. But everybody is different. Ask questions to your doctors!
