Poop/Diaper Question

OK, what makes the poop come out of the top back of the diaper up the baby's back???

My 4 week old son is wearing size 1 Pamers Swaddlers. He gets weighed on Monday, but his weight is definitely in that size range. A handful of times, when I change his diaper, I find that the poop has come out the the top back of the diaper up his back on his clothes. Does this happen to anyone else? Any tips? I have the diaper on evenly - it's not too low on his back. He's breasfed, so the poop is on the loose side.

Unfortunately I think that's par for the course with BF babies. We had that happen a lot. You might want to try going up a size in the diaper and see if that helps. Pampers makes a size 1-2 diaper that is a little bigger than the size 1, but not as big as the size 2. I think you can only buy it in cases though.
