Poop Issue

Sorry if TMI but I need help!
About 4 / 5 times a week my DD will poop in her diaper and it all heads north instead of south....literally she will poop nearly as far up as her neck......you can imagine the mess.

I BF and know that the "consistency" is diff to formula fed babies but still...

I am using pampers size 1-2 as its the right size for her weight and I Am putting them on correctly - I make sure of that AND I change her the minute I hear any action down there....

Any ideas before I start buying shares in oxi clean!!!

When my DD started doing that, I did go up a size in diapers - even though I thought they fit fine, it really made a difference. No more messes here!

I BF as well and have the same problem. I have tried going up a size, tried every brand of diapers and nothing works. He poops through an outfit almost once a day!!! I want to start buying onesies in bulk b/c he has ruined so many. I asked my doctor and he said such epic poops are normal when BF'ing.

I dont have that issue with poop but when he pees! I change his outfits at least 3 times a day because he is soaked. I was thinking of changing brands. I do point his penis down but that doesnt help. I also BF and the poop does get a little messy but I haven't had an incident yet where it went past his diapers.
