I know this was for yesterday but in the future I use a marinade / sauce from Omaha steaks for pork chops. It is delicious!

i always put them in EVOO, red wine vinegar, rosemary and cumin - yum
shoot im not sure right now if its rosemary or thyme.. the ones that look like pine needles

Larry's makes a Baja Chipotle marinade. I marinade the chops in it and then I buy the mango pineapple salsa from Iavarrones and put that on top. YUM!
