Possible squirrel in attic
Hi - I just closed on a new house and during the final walk-through we discovered something had eaten through the roof. The sellers will fix the roof for us but before we do, we want to make sure that the problem is gone and need someone to investigate the attic to make sure there is nothing making a home somewhere in the insulation and such. Does anyone have a recommendation for who could do this?
TIA

Bob Yager is currently getting raccoons out of my attic. He's nice to deal with, and seems to know what he's doing.

We used advanced wildlife in smithtown. The owner's name is Craig. If you need the number let me know.
