Post baby body blues!
Ok......so I technically have time to exercise. But I feel so guilty about leaving DD all day that I just want to spend quality time with her when I'm home.
I have ALWAYS exercised...mostly running. But the whole process takes an hour....and I only have a few precious hours a night with her.
Does anyone have a solution to my problem?? I feel so disgusted with myself right now. But I don't know how to balance it.

Is working out at lunch an option?

No....I work thru lunch so I can pick her up earlier. Plus I sweat like it's my job...need serious cool down and shower. That's why mornings are a bad option too. It's like that episode of Seinfeld when George goes to the gym and then takes a shower quickly after but the shower "didn't take". I have the same problem. It takes a while to cool off.

Re: Post baby body blues!
I feel your pain! One thing DH and I tried is relay running at the track with the baby. First I run a lap (well like 1.5 laps) while DH walks the baby in the stroller. When I reach them, I take the stroller and DH runs 1.5 laps, until he meets up with us, then he takes the stroller and I run. This way we can both get some exercise and we are both with the baby too. We also go for long walks with the stroller. My DS is still too young for the jogging stroller.
