post partum AF question
Can you share whether your cycle returned to normal after birth?
I finally got my first AF about 6.5 months PP. I'm trying to keep track of things in anticipation of TTC again soon and was wondering if your cycle length went back to what it was prior to having your DC. Did you ovulate the same as before?
I know I will know better once I have my next few cycles but am just curious what others have experienced.

We're TTC now, so I've been keeping check of my cycles. I used to be 28 days always, now it seems I can go from 28 days to 31 days. And I still ovulate about 2 weeks after AF.

I have not yet gotten my first pp AF but my OB told me it would come within 2 months after delivery if formula feeding. BFing changes that totally. It could take much longer to have a normal AF.
