Post partum checkup..
What actually happens at this appointment? I feel like I may be getting AF for the first time since having DD and my appointment is first thing Monday morning. I would hate to call today and cancel it and then AF doesn't show.

If you had a vaginal birth the doc will do a quick internal to check your uterus. They feel your belly also to check the size. Mine does a breast exam and then we discussed birth control.
Not sure if the doct does a internal check if you had a cs. I would assume that the doc would check the incision.
