I got mine from PersonalCreations.com last year and I remember that Walmart.com had them too.
Just a caution- make sure to order the next size up- they run really small.
Yes,I got them at personalcreations.com. I got a size 12M so that should be ok (she will be 10 months at Christmas)
They also have them at Abbeypress.com and personalizationmall.com.
I didn't read anything about not being intended for sleep.
