for my mom:
i'll be knitting this bag. only takes me a day to make, so i'll be buying the yarn tomorrow... haven't decided on color yet
i'll probably fill it with whatever my son and dh decide to get her.
for my grandmother:
she lives in the dominican republic and mother's day is the LAST sunday of the month, so i have some time.
for her i'm making a care package:
knit dishcloths
knit socks
and a crochet market bag

We bought both moms digital cameras. Now that we're expecting, they want to learn how to use a digital camera.

Getting my mom a Tankini from Land's End because her old bathing suit seriously has got to go. 
We are also going out for dinner at her favorite restaurant.

My mom- PJs because she really wanted some and I helped my dad buy her a new laptop since he is clueless about computers.
My MIL- nothing yet... DH has to decide what he wants to get her. I told him to call his sisters and see what they are getting. She is tough for me to buy for.

Honor your Mom's. My Mom passed 14 yrs ago, it is a very hard day for Motherless daughters- just tell them you love them. Sorry to be a downer here- it is still so very hard for me. 
i feel the same way on mother's day. i go to the cemetary to plant flowers at her gravesite

We just decided to have brunch at our house for both my In-Laws, my mom & her new friend, my daughter & her boyfriend, possibly my niece & her boyfriend & my brother.
Gifts though, I have no clue!

We are hosting a bbq for the families. My mom, mil and grandma are getting silk/pima cotton blend nightgowns. They were soooooo soft. I got each one a different color. DH is getting me a Nao by Lladro first mother's day statue.
