I tried it, but between the aching and the itching from the c-section incision, I ditched it pretty quickly. IT seemed to land RIGHT on my incision

I am definately trying one this time. I worked out and ate well last time but still had a bloated looking belly at 4 months post-partarum. I am willing to try anything this time around.

my mil told me i should be wearing one after i gave birth to dd.. i tried it was super uncomfortable. After this pregnancy im going to try spanx.. i think that will be alot more comfortable.

I did and while it was a PITA I am so glad I used it! It kept everything sucked in and contained and it seriously just made me feel better about myself in clothes again. I feel like it helped push everything back in rather than letting it all kinda hang there.
