potty training and daycare
Bryan will be 3 in june and goes to daycare full time. They have them wearing pull ups at this age and they try to go potty but only after each diaper change which doesnt make sense because they have already just gone. bryan has never gone there yet, he has gone a few times at home but nothing consistnent. My question is how am I going to potty train him? l;et say i take off the diapers and start on the weekend then come monday he will be at daycare and the teacher will not be on top of him as much as I would? How do other moms do this

Re: potty training and daycare
I spoke to the teacher at length for Molly. I told them that I was taking off her diaper on XX date and wanted to come up with a plan that both them and I would strictly follow. You need to be in synch on this. I know some moms who take days off to get the child started and then return to daycare with a written plan for the teacher to follow. Call the teacher and tell her that you want to begin a more aggressive potty training program for your child. Be sure to send 4 or so outfits to school each day since they have a lot of accidents in the beginning.
