PP and bleeding C section question.

So I am 5 weeks pp and had a c-sectoin. The initial bleeding stop around 2 and a half weeks then came back lighlty at 3 and again tapered off.

Now at 5 weeks it started again, but like full bleeding like I have my period...but I don't think I do yet first because no cramps r anything and I am also nursing.

Did anyone get their period again so soon and while nursing?

Does anyone know if this is normal? I will call my Dr. tomorrow, but don't want to feel silly if it's just my period or something.

I bled for about 6 weeks and then got AF at 8 weeks PP. I only nursed for 2 weeks though.

I had a c-section and am EBFing. I bled for almost 6 weeks. At 5 weeks pp, it's probably still the pp bleeding and not AF.

I'm sure it was your first PP period, I don't get any cramps before I get my period and I'm EBF too. I got mine back earlier also after my 2nd, at 3 months PP.

I'm not nursing and tomorrow is 5 weeks and no period yet. I bled for about 3 1/2 after the c-section (but after the first week it was mostly spotting).

I bled for almost 7 weeks, then AF showed up when DS was 12 weeks, and I was BF

I FF with Alexa and I got my period at the 6 week PP mark. I had no symptoms like I usually did.

With Andrew I got it around the same time and I BF.

I bled for 6 weeks PP while BFing. I didn't get AF until 3 months PP. I doubt it is your period but I would double check with your OB like you said.
