Prayers-LI student killed in Albany

I don't know if anyone heard about the student from SUNY Albany shot last night, but he is a very good friend of my brothers and things are not looking good. He is in grave condition and they are pretty sure he is brain dead. Please say a prayer for him and his family.


ETA: I just recently found out that he passed Rest in Peace
I can't imagine the pain his family is going through right now

I just heard from my brother that he is gone.....Rest in Peace

I can't imagine what his family is going through -- they are here on LI and from finding out last night, to going up to Albany and now he is gone. I pray for them

that's crazy. I'm so sorry for your brother's friend. I went to albany and it was definitely getting progressively worse downtown but no one was ever killed. This is horrible. His family is in my prayers

How awful. I can't even begin to imagine what his family is going through. He went to the same HS as DH (8 years apart).

My cousin's boyfriend was very good friends with him as well. My prayers go out to his whole family, and all his friends. I just don't understand...

Wow. I graduated from Albany in 99. I lived very very close to where he was killed. So sad.

i just got an email from a relative that he was a close friend of my cousins too (she used to live in Wantaugh).
So sad...many

I can't stop thinking about him and his family. He was just down here on LI over the weekend and the guys were together saturday night.

my DH used to work with his father. This is soooo sad! tons of prayers for his family! i can't even imagine what his family is going through right now.
