Prayers please...
Before I left my school, I was a teacher there for 6 years...so I have seen a lot of the children there grow up and graduate from 8th grade.
My friend called me today to tell me of something so devestating that happened.
A girl that was in the other 3rd grade class that I used to teach 6 years ago died of a stroke today. She was now 12 years old and was in the 8th grade. She passed out on the steps of the library and was rushed to the hospital. She was in a coma for a few days and then today she suddenly died.
I went to school the other day with Jared to show him to all the children and was talking to her. She was hugging me and telling me how she missed me. I just can't believe she's gone.

Her poor family. She sounds like the kind of kid that made a positive impression on everyone who met her.
