I bought the Gaiam one from Target. It's good and it is made for all trimesters of pregnancy. Good luck!

Thanks BabyHopes. I will check that one out. I should have specified that I am 4 weeks pregnant and I am looking for a Yoga DVD for my first trimester so the one you recommended would be appropriate for me. Anyone else want to chime in? Thanks!
