Recommend your YOGA dvd
I am in desperate need of some exercise! Due to swollen ankles, I am not too keen on walking right now. I was always flexible pre-pregnancy and have lost all of it by now. I am a total beginner but would like to try to do some yoga. Anyone have a dvd that they would recommend? TIA!

Re: Recommend your YOGA dvd
I got Prenatal Yoga by Shiva Rae, it was recommended to me on here (see related topics at bottom) It's a pretty good DVD but I barely use it. I prefer my live yoga class.

May I ask where you take your yoga class? Is it really expensive?
