OMG, I rediscovered bacon. I was trying to limit my consumption of the tasty stuff becuase of the nitrites....

But THEN.... I found applegate farms nitrite-free organic smoked bacon in fairway.

OMG OMG, this stuff taste soooo much better than regular bacon. smokey, salty and sooo bacony....
