pregnancy friendly ways to get rid of a pimple?
I'm in the 2ww ..... and of course I was greeted with a really gross red pimple  (hopefully not from AF!  )
What are some safe things I can use to get rid of it?

If I were you, still being in the 2WW, I'd do whatever you normally do.
Hot compress... pop the sucker... then apply some zit cream and say a little prayer. LOL!

you could try toothpaste, but I agree with the PP - at this point you could use anything and it would be fine.

Yeah, I agree. I didn't stop using my salicylic acid cleanser and cream until a few weeks after I found out I was pg. In the 2ww, you should be fine to go about your normal routine.
