Pregnancy Gift

Does anyone have any good ideas on a gift I could get my niece? I just found out she is pregnant and that although no one knew it she has been trying for a year and a half and wound up being inseminated. So this is huge! I am thrilled and so is she-she is still very early (9 weeks) but we've become very close (she is my husbands niece and is only 14 months younger than me &she is my daughters godmother) Did anyone get anything that really stood out? I know her DH's sis already got her a bunch of books.

I know you said she got the books, but how about a subscription to parenting magazine. Thats what I got my sil and she did the same when I got pregnant. Plus other stuff of course.. but this is one idea.

I loved the pregnancy magazines... fit pregnancy, pregnancy and newborn. Maybe a subscription to one of those. I got the Family Fun magazine (formerly wonder time) as a gift.

My friend just told me that she is pregnant. I got her a pregnancy journal, sonogram frame and this ice cream bowl by Lolita.

I also got her a stuffed animal for the baby from my DD.

If your friend does scrapbooking, you could also buy some pregnancy related scarpbook items (got this for my friend also).

Not sure what your budget is but how about a gc for a maternity shoot??

someone got me a pregnancy calendar when I got pregnant. I absolutely love it. A journal is just too much for me, but this has stickers to track progress, milestones, and I write in each day anything major that happened or just how I am feeling. I love it!!!
