Pregnancy question..stripping membranes
If you had your membranes stripped, can you please tell me how far along you were, and how long after that you went into labor? Thanks!

usually its at the bitter end...where u get contractions but nothing is happening.
This is how it was with my doc at least.

38 weeks and I was induced the next day. The stripping gave me contractions all night but it didn't really put me into labor.

Was there any reason that they did it at 38 weeks? If not, that sounds great to me!!!
