What can I do for a stuffy nose and a sore throat ?

Every doctor might tell you something different about what's safe to take, but there are things you can take. My dr. told me claritin and zyrtec were fine, and I think with my last pregnancy, a different dr in the same practice said benadryl and sudafed were safe. I would ask to be sure, as all have their own theories.
Feel better, I know it's awful being sick when pregnant.

I will call Dr. tomorrow, Thanks!! luckily it's nothing major that I can't handle , it's more annoying. Just want to stop the post nasal drip!!

A Neti pot is a great way to relieve the stuffiness without taking medication. As for the sore throat, take a teaspoon of honey and squeeze a lemon on top. That always works for my throat! Feel better HTH.
