Prenatal yoga in massapequa- new belly
Does anyone go? I'm thinking of going? How do you like it? I'm trying to deciede if I want to pay for 6 classes over $20 per class.

I went to New Baby Belly for prenatal yoga during my first pregnancy, and continued through to mommy and baby yoga there after my son was born. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it! If you are unsure how you will feel about it, you don't have to pay for 6 classes up front. You also have the option to pay per class. Maybe pay for one class, to check it out, and if you like it, then commit to the 6.
