prenatal yoga in suffolk?
Hi Ladies, I was looking through lots of old posts to see if anyone had talked about prenatal yoga. There were lots of posts, but mostly places in nassau were recommended. Does anyone know of somewhere in suffolk to go for prenatal yoga or prenatal exercise classes? Anywhere from about Patchogue/Stony Brook and West would be great. TIA!

Fitness Incentive in Babylon used to have a program, but I am not 100% sure that they still have it.

Not PG, but I just started to go to Prana Pilates in St. James. The owners are really nice, and the classes are great. One of the owners is actually PG. She said the prenatal yoga classes are really good. She said the best part is that you can meet and talk with other PG women.

Re: prenatal yoga in suffolk?
As of a year ago, the one in holbrook did not have anyone certified in prenatal- there are certain poses that you should avoid, etc so its important to have someone familiar with what works best when pg I know one of the owners of the holbrook center from the gym, she's really nice and used to teach spin- oh and she's a nurse too.
