Prenatal yoga video
I know there is a place in Woodbury that offers classes, but it's a little out of the way for me and as much as I like that they offere a post-natal yoga class that you can bring the baby too, I noticed in their class schedule that they only offer one such class in the middle of a weekday - once I go back to work that would be impossible so I don't want to get too into something I can't continue to do.
Anyone know of any good videos that only offer pre-natal yoga? I have the "Perfect Pregnancy Workout", wasn't so perfect for me - I kept getting lightheaded and spent more time on the couch with my legs elevated than I did actually exercising.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Prenatal yoga video
I already go to a prenatal yoga class and I liked it o much I wanted a dvd so I could do it more often at home. I posted here a few weeks ago and JChia recommended Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rae. http://www.amazon.com/Prenatal-Yoga-Shiva-Rea/dp/B0000BYNMH/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1198205919&sr=8-1 I just recieved it from Amazon.com but have not used it yet.

Re: Prenatal yoga video
Thank you - I just ordered it... this shouldn't make me feel sick and I'm thinking the stretches may help my back enough that I can get back on the treadmill a few minutes a day.
