I just did the Gaiam PreNatal Yoga video 2 nights ago. Bought it b/c I LOVE the Rodney Yee videos they put out. This one was ok, though it may be the prenatal yoga that I'm not thrilled with, not so much the video itself. It's pretty different since regular yoga centers everything on the sacrum and obviously we can't exactly work out that area any longer.
I will tell you that I said to my husband afterwards, "I wish Rodney Yee could get pregnant so he could make a video"
