my doctor started me on a new prenatal.
is the dha always separate from the actual vitamin? i'd rather just take one pill instead of two.

I take one pill. It's expensive - $70 for 3 months, and it's rx.

$70 for 3 months isn't that bad, even with the RX.
I'm sorry they are so big! I can't swallow pills, mine are capsules so I basically dissolve them and swallow the ingredients... Gross, I know, but it's what I have to do - I have tried for YEARS to swallow pills, but choke on them.

With DD I took Vitafol One which was one small pill. It was RX and maybe $90 for 3 months. This time I've just been using store brand separate pills.

I take the gummy vitamins that has DHA and folic acid in one.

I take Vitalfol-One and it comes with DHA in it. For me, it's $60 for 3 months worth.

i took vitafol one that my friend gave me before i picked up my prescription. i also took 6 different samples that the OB gave me.
i preferred the chewable they tasted like chocolate, but my actual prescription was this HUGE blue prenate pill :(

There are prenatals that are just one pill with DHA included. I've seen that at CVS.
