Preparing the RTF Formula.
Please forgive my stupidity.
I have an 11 day year old. I breastfeed and supplement with formula.
I was very fortunate to get a very generous supply of the mini bottles of formula from the hospital, which has been getting me through.
I now have to purchase my own formula, which come in those jugs.
I will be using Similac Advance.
Now is it best to just pour the formula in the bottles, store them in the fridge until use and just soak in warm water before feeding?
How do you prepare your formula?

After you open them, that is the only way to do it. Unless you give cold from the fridge, which is perfectly fine as well.
With powder, you have the option of giving room temp bottles

Thats what I do..I open the big quart and pour the desired amount in all her bottles after I sterilize them every morning and just take the bottle from the fridge, warm it and give it to her..I use the bottle warmer but you can stick it in warm water too.
