preschool dilemma
DD will be 2 in August. I was not plannign on doing preschool next year. However, I am having #2 in the beginning of July, and I think it would be better for everyones sanity if she went. my options- 2 days a week- tue, thur 3 days a week- mon, wed, fri its a 3 hour day. I WOHM on mon, wed, thursday. Ideally, i would have like ot send her wed, fri, btu thats not an option. sending her 2x a week would be about $1000 less wwyd? 2x?3x? or just go with oriinal plan and not send her?

Re: preschool dilemma
I would probably do the 2 days/week as long as you have someone to bring her there (you said you work at home the other days -- does that mean you'll be at work when she goes on tues?) I would think that 2 days will be a big adjustment for her and being that the new baby will only have been around for a few months, she may feel like you're sending her "away" and she might not deal well with it. But, it all depends on her personality. Maybe she'll love going to "school." If you can afford it and think she'd handle it ok, then I say do the 3 days.

Re: preschool dilemma
i sent DD at 2 one day a week to a preschool program for 1 1/2 hours because i was pregnant with DS and i didnt want her to be bored once the baby came. It was a good decision and its funny to me now that i enrolled DS in the 2 year old program for this sept! its good for interaction and they do learn id do only two days if i were you. a 3 hour day is long for a 2 year old.
