OTC which is what my ob/gyn said to take.
Target brand to be exact (they are easy to swallow, not so huge like some others)

Dr gave me a prescription for them. I went to pick them up and pharmacist told me to save the $50 co-pay and go buy cheap ones at Target or Walmart (which i did). I guess either way can give people peace of mind.

I am using the prescription ones. I was originally taking the one a day, but I felt soooo awful taking them. don't know why.

I was taking One A Day, but they hurt my stomach so I am just taking a regular multi-vitamin and a folic acid supplement.

OTC. My Dr. told me it was totatlly fine. I get them at Target. I get the Prenatal One.

I just started on Vita Natal which is 2 pills - a Prenatal and Omega 3. My Dr. gave me samples so I haven't had to fill the RX yet. I take them at night and have not stomach issues from them.

I have been taking prentals for almost 2 years, i used to take prima care one which i loved. But my Copay was 50$ so that adds up. I switched to Target Prenatal. And my doctor said it was perfectly fine. She said their is absolutely no difference between Rx and OTC.

i have no copay, so maybe i should go out and get a prescription when the time comes...right now i am taking womens multivitamins. when those run out i will either get a prescription or buy the target prenatals.

I was prescribed DuetDHA but haven't taken them yet. I am taking a multi-vitamin plus a separate vitamin with folic acid for now.
