Prescription shelf life...
Does anyone know the shelf life for Allegra? I found a bottle of Allegra D in my medicine cabinet this morning and was about to pop one because I honestly haven't been able to breathe in WEEKS.. but it was filled in May of '05!! It's def. not good anymore right??

prescriptions are usually good for one year after they are filled. Sorry.

it's not over the counter.. it's in a prescription bottle with no exp. date....

Most presciprions do have an exipratrion date. All of mine, incluiding allegra, are one year to the day of refilling, so May 05 is probably still good.
