I totally think it's Ben and Jen. They ran a blind item about them before their third was born, how the marriage has been over, but Ben was sticking around because of how it would look if he left right after the birth.

I think this is Julia and Danny Moder. We never see pics of them together and then suddenly last week I saw one of them holding hands on the beach - clearly a photo opp. She is notoriously camera shy, and it says spouse is in the business (not that the spouse is an actor). Julia and Danny are both known cheaters.
I woudl not be surprised if the rumors of Ben Affleck and Blake Lively were true, and that their marriage was 'saved' by the birth of Samuel. I also kind of imagine Jen Garner as the type who would fight to keep her family together. However, I don't think this is them, because we do see more than a handful of family photos (and although it is usually one parent or the other, I don't think that is rare when both parents are actors who shoot on site)

I'm convinced even more now that it's Julia/Danny from this line:
his is pretty ironic (and karmic) given that both were known to be cheaters in their previous relationships!
I figured that karmic is a clue so I googled Julia Roberts + Karma and found that she converted to Hinduism!
Also that the BI said that her husband is in the movie business, they didn't mention specifically that he is an actor.

I thought of them too! There have been rumors of them having a rocky marriage for a while.
Plus the last clue about not looking for hints at the oscars leads me to believe it is not someone who would be going or nominated this year.
