Previous Recommendation for Home Inspector

I know this is a long shot but someone on this Board recommended their home inspector to me several months ago and I lost the information and cannot find the old Thread or Forum Mail. Figures.

The poster who recommended him said that even the RE AGENTS were really impressed with how thorough he and his report were. Apparently, he went above and beyond what your average inspector usually does.

I remember finding the Inspector's website and being impressed with the fact that he went to Cooper Union. I think he was located in Nassau County. Back then, I actually found his website and printed out the information but I cannot for the life of me remember his name or find the printed info. Ugh!

I know this is a RIDICULOUS post
but I was hoping these details rang a bell with the Original Poster. Thanks guys!

we had an inspection done about 3 weeks ago in a house in Nassau, we've had other inspectors before for other houses we're interested but this one was out of this world, i HIGHLY recommend this guy...

I suggested "Home TEam"
a man and wife team... don't know if it was them.

But, these people have typically been 100.00 cheaper than what most people have said that they pay lately.
