I'm doing Prime Rib for our Christmas dinner....only thing is my husband just likes it with salt & pepper. He claims that I have a heavy hand with garlic (he just doesn't like garlic all that much...insane I know) so I have to do it a bit plainer! I might try the second one though...
eta...six garlic cloves would end up in divorce
