Princesses - which one did your DD like first?
I haven't exposed my DD to any Disney Princesses yet and wanted to start  Which one do you suggest? I have to start learning all of their names too!

DD LOVES Ariel- and always has since a very young age. Now she loves Tinkerbell too- but definitely loves Ariel the most.

DD just started getting into Aurora (Sleeping Beauty). She has a princess tea set with Cinderella, Belle and Aurora and she just keeps pointing out Aurora.

josh is all about the little mermaid...since she has red hair like his mama.
other then her, no interest. i thought jasmine, but he only likes the monkey in the movie.

Aurora (Sleeping beauty)... because she wears a pink dress.... 
DW is trying to get DD to lean towards Belle, since she and DD have similar color hair, but she wears a yellow dress....

Well it is a toss up for us - she loves belle some days (LOVES the beast) but cinderella is probably her favorite. She got a pack of 8 disney princess dolls for christmas and that has been a HUGE hit here - she can't put them or prince charming down - they are dressed and undressed all day- she sings, makes them all dance together and they have meals and tea parties...lol. She walks around all day singing cinderella, cinderella your as lovely as can be... from the movie.
I would start w/ cinderella and belle.
Etd to add snow white and ariel are a close second. The only one she isn't as interest in is sleeping beauty.

She has a princess scooter thingy it has three, cinderella, snow white and belle. So far she could care less. hahaha
But she loves cookie monter and the Count

Cinderella, after Ariel though it was all over.
I dreaded the princesses because I never liked the idea of waiting for a prince. So I am guilty of changing the stories though...they lived happily ever after AFTER she got her MBA in finance.

That's why I love the movie Ever After (of course not a kid's movie) where she saves herself and doesn't wait for the prince

Ariel was out first only b/c that was the first movie we got as a gift. But now forget about it. She loves them all! It just depends on the day. Beware once you head down this road it's princess overload from that day forward

That's the other reason that DW is trying to get DW to like Belle. SHE's the one going after the Beast. She's fairly dominant and self-sufficient. She protected her father, and stood up to Gaston.

My daughter went through a HUGE sleeping beauty phase. There is a few scary parts but she watched that movie every stinkin day for like 6 months!!!
