printing cards at costco...photoshop

if you make your card in photoshop and print them through costco, what size should the image be. I am making a 5x7 card....should i make it slightly bigger or leave it at 5x7?? last time there was a white line along one side.

I don't know about costco, but some photo places ask you to build in a bleed to your images so they won't get cut off. usually it's 5.25x7.25. Just make sure you don't put anything important into the extra space because it might get cut off.
