Progesterone Cream
Hey Ladies,
A while back, I was told to use progesterone cream (suppositories) because my progesterone levels were on the low side.
Well, tomorrow I have my first obgyn appointment (9w2d), and Dr. K. at LI-IVF said that I'll probably go off the suppositories at this point.
Am I crazy to want to continue using the progesterone cream? Will using this cream for too long have adverse effects? I'm just afraid to stop using it because I was told that if levels go too low that it could cause a miscarriage.
Can I ask my doc to let me continue to use the cream even if he tells me to stop using it?
Thanks!

Re: Progesterone Cream
Talk to your doctor, but I have always heard you should continue for the entire first trimester, through week 13.

Re: Progesterone Cream
I stopped at 10 weeks, but did go for blood work before I stopped to check my levels.
