Progesterone/Crinone/Acupuncture...

Hi Girls,

So when I was on the crinone my endo biopsy came out just 2-3 days delayed but my RE said it's within normal range, to start trying and just take crinone after ovulation.

I have been going to acupuncture; paying out of pocket. She wants me to wait one more cycle b/c she thinks my body isn't ready yet.. my hands and feet are still cold (poor blood circulation) and I had a day of brown discharge after my period which she claims is no good..and that shows there is a problem with my progesterone... so she wants to see how my next period goes)... and I'm taking herbs to clean my blood and stimulate my follicles. So, phew!!

I am excited to start trying again; and I feel hopeful now with 2 dr's helping me; but I still feel a bit anxious as well. I am now going to acupuncture 1x/week instead of 2x/week, part of me feels guilty for spending so much $ on this.. I just hope it makes a big difference.

Just wondering if anyone has been in a similar boat.. with the crinone and acupuncture.. and if girls feel acupuncture/herbs really help.

I don't have any experience with cringe, but I have done accupuncture , herbs, and most recently kinesiology. I do feel they have all helped in me feeling better overall health wise and in getting my body ready and just more balanced. Yes, it's money but I also feel if it helps you feel like u at least of some control over our body/ health it's worth it mentally. Good luck!
