Proper form for a letter ?? Help !
My boss just asked me to write ONE letter to 5 recipients who are all at the same address and then cc another person at a different address.
He wants to use "Gentlemen" as the salutation but I'm not sure what to write in the address fields ?
This doesn't look right but do I list their names like this:
Dr. Kenneth Chairman Mr. Joseph Vice Chair Mr. Jerry Vice Chair Mr. Vincent Vice Chair Mr. Salvatore President Company Name Here 1234-56 78th Street New York, NY 12345
TIA !

I would do the following:
Address Attention: Mr. So and So, President Mr. So and So, Vice President etc. (start with the top title and work your way down and line up the Mr. or Dr.)
Gentlemen,

But don't you usually put the persons name above the addresses ?? I've seen letters with two separate addresses just not 5 recipients.
I just wish he wanted 5 separate letters !

Being that these are high ranking people at the company, I would list each person with their address underneath each of their names, regardless of whether or not they are at the same place. I would then have the re: line following by salutation of Gentlemen: Hope that helps.
