Protest for better regulation of Puppy Stores

Hi There,

There is an upcoming protesting in Bellmore asking for Cuomo's signature on a bill that will allow local municipalities to regulate pet stores. This bill is very important in that by limiting the amount of stores, we limit the amount of puppy mills out there and in doing so we limit so much misery. Please remember that for every puppy you see in the pet store their mother and father are kept behind bars in terrible condition for their entire life.

This bill will not pass on it's own. It's been sitting on Cuomo's desk for months and he has not signed it.
