Protonix for IVF?!?!
I got a prescription for this that says it is to be taken 2 hours prior to the procedure -- I am assuming this is the egg retrieval? I will ask my IVF nurse when I start to go in next week for monitoring. I looked it up online and it appears to be an acid reflux medicine so I am confused. Anyone have to take this and know what its for?

Protonix for IVF?!?!
It's so you don't get sick from the anesthesia. It helps calm your stomach.
