PSA-Air conditioners and attic fan
After careful review of our energy costs, the electric bill had the biggest drop over the last year.
We got rid of 2 old ACs and replaced them with energy efficient new ones. We installed an attic fan this summer as well.
Our electric bills have come down 45% on average in the summer. I didn't anticipate such a large drop but it was worth the investment.
Also on the agenda for winter is a new front door. We re hung some windows and that helped our oil bills.

This has been in the back of my mind for a spring expense - to get your electrician in here for that. And to upgrade to 200 amp.
We have an old ac too but also have three ceiling fans, so we might not even need the ac. We shall see!

for a drop in the LIPA bill.
It is excellent advice and pays for itself in no time.
Glad Peter could help.
