Pumping/back to work question

I am officially back to work-but only from 8pm-12midnight 4 times a week.
I nurse Kyle during the day and usually the last time is around 5:30. DH will give him a bottle before bed at 8pm and he usually sleeps through the night until 5am.
Now, should I pump at all before or after work, do I need to to keep up my supply or will it regulate itself?

Thanks :)

Re: Pumping/back to work question

After your 5:30 feeding, what do you do now? Do you pump at 8pm or before you go to bed or can you make it until the 5am feeding?

Re: Pumping/back to work question

It's fine to go that long, as long as you're not uncomfortable. If you find that you're engorged at work, you can either pump before or after you go for like 20 minutes, just to get some relief.
