Pushy Grandparents - My mom and MIL are driving me crazy!!!
Does the endless comments and unsolicited advice ever end?!?!?
I'm still trying to decide if the "help" the grandparents provide is worth the emotional stress that they cause me!
My MIL came to visit us this weekend and she is driving me nuts. At least when it is my own mother, I can say something back. When it's MIL, I just let my blood boil and stay quiet.
MIL keeps taking DS away from me. I know she just wants to spend time with DS but I feel like she won't him back!
I am counting the minutes until she leaves tonight.

Re: Pushy Grandparents - My mom and MIL are driving me crazy!!!
I do not think they will ever end.
My family "tries" to keep their traps shut because they know I get it on the inlaw side. However they do let some opinions slip every now and then.
When my MIL comes over she holds in all the time and INSISTS she feed him.
One time it was a half an hour before his feeding and he was crying and she would not feed him because it was not "time", I nearly lost it. Luckily in a few minutes she thought better of it or seriously it would have been ON and I mean that.
I have pretty much told my family I am going to do what I want. I also had DH have a talk with his mom. I still think grandparents are going to get on your nerves no matter what.
